Co-spiration #4

I got me some.

Do you ever have those moments where all of a sudden it's like someone kicked you in the pants?
Thank God, I finally got mine this week.

I am a healthy person.  I run.  I eat healthy foods.  I don't drink a lot of alcohol.  I try to take care of my innards as well as my outards (girls, you know health isn't in the pant size!)
My problem is (and it may be your's too): I eat TOO much!
You too?

While home for Christmas break, I got this fortune in my cookie.

I'm bad for this.  Really bad.
I think because I see someone else eating something I can eat it, too.
(I'm also really guilty of trying to be as good as others, but that's another topic.)
I've realized recently that I have what is so lovingly referred to as the muffin top.

Can we just stop making it sound cute?!
It ain't.

So, I'm on a mission to lose the inner tube around my waist.

Cold weather doesn't help...  It makes it so hard to leave my warm living room and go out for a run.  So I took the opportunity of a gift card to purchase myself some new cold weather gear and I'm motivated! 

Anyone else on a similar mission?

    I'm the same way about winter weather and running, it is soooo hard to leave the warmth of home and hit the cold air for a run. And food, the holidays are just hard. Everyone is eating and every dish is almost too good to pass up!
    Anyways, glad you got those GC's :)
    Dicks is such a fun store and has the best w/o gear!

I also need to get over this whole "it's the holidays, I can eat whatever I want" mentality because it's just not true. I'm enjoying vacay, but can't wait to get back home and get back on track :) Good luck!
