Pass/Fail

Guys, I'm really putting myself out there right now.
Tonight, as I was doing my workout I got super frustrated and decided it was time I video taped myself and shared with you what a workout looks like when "real" people do it.

By real I mean those of us that don't get paid to look good.
So, this is a test.  You decide; pass or fail.

  2. Good for you!! The best article I ever read was of Gwen Stefani.. and she 'quoted' : It takes A LOT Of hard work to look the way I do. This isn't easy, it doesn't come natural and I work HARD" I loved that because it was so real and true!! You are such an inspiration. Keep on getting after it! Oh and by the way- you have a nice voice.. in a not creepy way. I try NOT to talk on video because I either sound like a 14 year old valley girl or a man.. so I just try and shut my mouth when the camera is rolling.. You on the other hand- quite delightful! Take Care friend!

  3. Ahhhh! It's killing me that I can't open the video on my iPhone! I love this idea :) I was in routine at the gym Monday night thinking I should blog this stuff!! I love it Lins, proud of ya! Hoping this is what the email pertains to!!

  4. So I finally got to watch the video! I LOVED that you did this. So REAL of you! You did great, seriously. Planks are so good for your body and your showed even your cardio system but they're def hard. When I was doing the plankAday challenge I would change between full and half to help me get to longer plank times! Keep it up the hard work and great motivation!!!
