For the Sensitive Ones

//If you haven't already, go sign up for my Valentine's giveaway here.//

I've seen a lot of skin care routines floating around.  Most of what I've seen are for women that have acne-prone skin and that doesn't apply to me.  I have severely dry/sensitive skin.  I learned so much about what I was doing wrong and what I needed to do to take care of my skin type when my husband gave me a facial for my birthday.  So, I'm passing my knowledge on to you.

If you have dry/sensitive skin and you are on a budget, this is what I use and it is thebombdotcom.  All of these items can be found at Target or drugstore.com.

sensitive skin routine

  1. I wash my face with the gentle milk cleanser.  I learned that anything without a milk base is going to be too harsh/drying on my skin.  Sometimes, I use the wipes to help get the rest of my make up off.
  2. I use the soothing eye gel under my eyes and on my eyelids.  It helps relieve puffiness and helps with fine lines/wrinkles.
  3. During the day, I always use moisturizer with SPF (and you should, too) and at night I use the Yes to Carrots night cream.  It is extremely nourishing and soaks in all night long.  They also make a great moisturizer sunblock that I plan to use in the summer.
  4. Not pictured (because I couldn't find one) is the Yes to Cucumbers calming face mask.  I have started using it once a month to supplement my skin care routine.  It is very relaxing and you only have to leave it on 5 minutes before it's ready to come off.
I like this line because it is all natural, dermatologist tested, and it works!  If you've been trying all sorts of products and you are still struggling with dry skin, try this.  The best perk, not one product in the line is more than $15.  (Forgive me if that's not right, but I haven't paid more than $15.)

This is not a sponsored post, however, I would be happy to write one if the company contacts me. *wink*
