Easy Ways to Get Healthy

I'm writing this because when I put pen to paper I make things happen.  The more I share what I want to accomplish the more motivated I am to actually get it done.  And I'm thinking maybe, just maybe, I'm not the only one?

I'm going to start by swapping healthy choices for the food choices I was making before...

And taking care of my mind, body, and spirit.

I've signed up to participate in the 1800 minute challenge and I'm encouraging you to do the same!  Every little bit counts and just 30 minutes a day for 60 days will get you to 1800 minutes.  What have you got to lose?!

At this point I've met my first goal and I'm excited to order my new sneakers.  Reaching a goal is the best way to stay motivated.  Just when you think you've plateaued or you aren't losing fast enough, that little mini-goal will surprise you and keep you chomping at the fitness bit.

  2. I brought my tennis shoes to walk outside during lunch today. I love that 1800 challenge! I'm definitely working on swapping too. My goal is just to fit back into my vacation clothes comfortably. 2 more month to get to that goal!

  3. Ok. I just read the swap out while downing a Reese's cup. Ugh! I am usually so good, but this week is the week. You know? Thanks for sharing your motivation! It helps to see that someone else is trying as hard as I need to be.
