Fit for Fall
I recently signed up as a BeachBody coach and Shakeology rep. I did so much research on nutrition, ingredients, etc. before deciding on this venture. For the past three weeks I've been drinking my Shakeology every morning for breakfast and doing PiYo every chance I get. In those 3 weeks, I have lost weight, I'm feeling stronger, and I have more energy!
