What is your favorite excuse?

If you search hard enough, you can find an excuse for anything.

When it comes to exercise, diet, fitness, health, the excuses just keep coming.

Money.  Time.  Schedule.  Commitment.  Next month.  Next week.  Once I lose the baby weight.
I've used heard them all.  So, I'm committed to making November a month of NO EXCUSES.

As women, we so often (too often) put everyone else's needs, health, desires above our own.  It's time, we take care of ourselves.  After all, most of us are the force behind our family.
