Yesterday I shared my broccoli quiche recipe and today I'm sharing another version I make. I typically make both at the same time. They go in the oven together and we have enough for the whole week.
If then men in your life are anything like the men in mine it's not a meal unless there's meat.
So of course, I had to make a version with meat in it. The nice thing about quiche is you can pretty much throw anything in there and it's probably going to come out good. So you could substitute sausage or add some veggies in with this one, too.
Bacon and Cheese Quiche:
- 8 slices cooked bacon
- 1 pie crust
- 4 eggs
- 1 c milk
- 1 1/2 c cheddar cheese
- Cook bacon until crispy and allow to drain.
- Blend 4 eggs and milk together until well blended.
- Put bacon and cheese in pie crust.
- Top with egg and milk mixture.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
Again, very easy and quick for midweek meals. This recipe also reheats really well and everyone always loves it. I hope you and your family do, too!
