When I first had Carson I truly thought I was going to be Supermom. Not only did I think I would do it all, I thought I would do it all on my own (with the help of my husband of course).
Yeah, I didn't realize how hard it all is. I mean, waking up throughout the night, going to work, preparing a meal, packing lunches... Oh, and then there's all the diapers and bottles.
That's why I am so excited to be sharing this FREE opportunity with you all today. My friend, Erica, and I have put in all the time and work for you so all you need to do is fill out this application and you can be part of our Moms on a Mission FREE challenge group for February.
We are both moms. We are both employed. We are both housekeepers, wives, daughters, friends. We are stretched way too thin just. like. you. We both struggled to lose the baby weight. We struggled to come up with healthy meal ideas. We didn't take care of ourselves in the process. We get it!
That's why we decided to host this group where not only will you get to focus on your own personal health and nutrition, but that of your entire family. Through this group we will share healthy *toddler & husband approved* snacks and recipes. We will share tricks to make meal prep quick and easy. And we are going to get you moving and motivated so you get that confidence back!
We want to help you take care of yourself and your family all while keeping it simple.
This will be a small, intimate group of moms supporting each other, sharing, and growing together.
We are looking for women who are:
- moms or pre-school age children
- trying to lose the baby weight
- want to feel happy and confident again
- are tired of being tired
- want to transform their family's eating habits
