Make May a Triple Play

I've talked some about accountability and motivation to keep on keepin' on when it comes to fitness and nutrition.  I'm an all in type of person.  If I've committed to a program, you can bet I'm going to do every single workout that program requires of me.  I'm also going to be enthusiastic and driven to get it done.


I'm really excited for my challenge group in May.  It involves good old competition, prizes, and teamwork.  In all honesty, if you aren't motivated to do what you need to do to reach your goals on your own, there is nothing that a little healthy competition won't get you to do.

In March, we gave away Amazon gift cards to 5 winners.  These women accomplished their goals, motivated others to do the same, and held each other accountable.  It's an awesome feeling to be a part of someone's goal.

Just to be clear: none of this success is contingent on me.  None of it happened because she took a magic pill each day.  None of it is a miracle.  It all stems from her commitment to do her best, put in the work, and hold herself accountable.  I help in any way I can.

Like I said, it's an awesome feeling to be part of something like this.  Fills my heart with joy.
