30 Days of Movement, 30 Days of Recipes


I'm so excited for November's challenge group.  I've been compiling healthy recipes for each meal of the day and I have some special recipes to share just for Thanksgiving.

We are going to focus on moving every day for 30 days and substituting some of our favorite foods with healthier versions while still enjoying the things we love through this season.  One of the biggest fears I had as I embarked on a journey to be a healthier version of myself was that I would have to give up everything I loved in order to see results.

That is not the case!  (Cue the Hallelujah choir)

We have such an incredible team and our challenge groups are pretty much the bomb{dot}com so if you've been considering joining in, let me know!  I would love to hear what your goals are, your fears or concerns over accomplishing those goals, and how I can help you along the way!
